Upgrade, cancel, or change your plan
How to move to Client Pro, cap paid AI reading, and cancel or change your subscription.
Upgrade to Client Pro
- Open your account menu (top right) and choose Plan and billing.
- Select Upgrade — $19/mo, or Upgrade annual — $190/yr (2 months free).
- Select Continue checkout. You pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page, so AnimalTrace never sees your card details.
Client Pro turns on once the payment goes through. If the Pro tools haven’t appeared after a few minutes, reload the app, and contact us if they still don’t show.
Cap paid AI reading
Client Pro includes 50 pages of AI report reading each month. Paid reading beyond that is off unless you turn it on.
- On Plan and billing, find Paid overage.
- Choose a Monthly cap: $25, $50, $100, or $250.
- Select Enable capped overage.
Reading stops when the cap is reached. Select Disable to turn overage off again. The page shows the current rates.
Cancel or change your subscription
On Plan and billing, open the billing link under Cancel or change plan (or Manage billing). Changes and cancellations are handled in Stripe’s billing portal.
When a subscription ends, your account returns to Client Free. Your records stay readable and nothing is deleted, but you can’t add animals while you’re over the Client Free limit.
