Help in the app
The Help button at the bottom right of the app answers common questions about uploads, sharing, plans, and support, and links to the right page. It can’t change your records.
Sign-in and passwords
Open your account menu, choose Profile, then Manage account or Reset password.
Reach a person
Contact us and a person will reply within 2 business days. Tell us the animal’s name and, for a report, its file name, so we can find it quickly.
