Pilot program

Try AnimalTrace on one real workflow.

For registries, breed clubs, and breeding programs. We work beside your current system on one workflow you do by hand today, with real records, and measure one result we agree on up front.

How a pilot works

Small enough to start now, real enough to decide on.

  1. Pick one workflow

Something your team does by hand today, such as reviewing a studbook upload, checking member-submitted clearances, or keeping a breeding program current.

  2. Agree on one measure

For example, conflicts caught before recording, staff time per submission, or animals with a complete record.

  3. Work through real records

20 to 50 animals of your real records, beside your current system, with your staff and ours.

  4. Compare and decide

Compare the result with how you work today, then decide whether to continue.

What each side brings

A clear split of work.

  • You bring the records, and the person who does this work today.
  • We bring the setup and the review workspace, and we work through it with your staff.
  • You get a before-and-after comparison and a clear decision about whether to continue.

What a pilot isn't

No migration, no lock-in.

  • It isn't a migration. Nothing in your current system is replaced or switched off.
  • It isn't a commitment. You decide at the end whether to continue.
  • Scope, timing, and any cost are agreed with you before we start.

Apply

Tell us about the workflow.

For example: "We check member-submitted clearances by hand and want to catch conflicts before we record them."
