Is it really free?

Client Free is $0 for up to 5 animals, with 10 pages of AI report reading to get started. Those pages don't renew each month. Client Pro adds 50 pages a month.

What happens if I stop paying for Client Pro?

Your records stay readable. Pro tools and Passport sharing stop, and you can't add animals while you're over the free limit. We don't delete an animal's history because a subscription ends.

Can I get my records out?

Yes. Ask for an export from your account at any time, and our team prepares it.

Who can see my animals?

You and the people you share with. Unless you turn it off, other signed-in AnimalTrace users can also find your animals through search and breeding tools; people who aren't signed in can't. You can turn this off for each animal, and the privacy policy has the details.

Does AnimalTrace give veterinary advice?

No. Health information shows what's on record and what to ask your vet.
