Close your account

Before you close

• Cancel Client Pro first, from Plan and billing. Closing your account doesn’t cancel the subscription.
• Revoke any share links you’ve created, from Share. Closing doesn’t revoke them.
• If you’re the only owner of an organization that has other members, make someone else an owner first. Until then, the account can’t be closed.

Close it

1. Open your account menu and choose Profile.
2. Under Close account, select Close account, then Yes, close my account.

What happens

Closing takes effect straight away. Your name and email are removed, access you’ve given others to your animals and access you hold to theirs are revoked, and your sign-in is switched off. Your records are kept read-only for a limited time, and the confirmation shows until when.

There’s no way to reopen a closed account in the app. If you closed yours by mistake, contact us straight away.
